Using a Kakobuy coupon takes under two minutes. The codes aren't typed at a normal checkout box they're redeemed inside your Kakobuy account first, then applied automatically. Here's the exact flow.
Step 1 Log in (or sign up)
Go to kakobuy.com and sign in. No account yet? Create one through our link and you'll get an extra welcome bundle of shipping coupons on top of the public codes.
Step 2 Open Coupons → Redeem
Click your profile icon (top-right) → User Center. In the side menu choose Coupons, then the Redeem tab. This is the one place where every Kakobuy code is entered.
Step 3 Paste your code
Copy a code from our active coupons list for example
Ponur paste it into the field and hit Redeem. The
coupon now sits in your account.
Step 4 It applies automatically
When you pay for an order or ship a parcel, eligible coupons are applied for you. For shipping coupons, you'll see the discount on the shipping screen.
Do Kakobuy coupons stack?
Almost every "my discount is smaller than I expected" message comes down to this table. Kakobuy coupons fall into three kinds, and only the combinations below are possible:

Why isn't my Kakobuy code working?
Work through these by what you are actually seeing on screen. In order of how often each one turns out to be the answer:
"Coupon does not exist" or an invalid-code error on redeem
The string is wrong or the code is dead. Codes are not case sensitive but they are whitespace sensitive — copying from a video description or a chat message very often brings a trailing space with it, which is the single most common cause. Retype it by hand before concluding anything. If a hand-typed code still errors, it has expired: MIDYEAR26 ended July 31, 2026 and SUMMER26 ended June 30, 2026, and both are still being published as live by aggregator pages.
The code redeemed, but no discount appears at payment
Redeeming and applying are two different actions. The coupon is now sitting in User Center → Coupons, and you still have to select it on the payment screen — Kakobuy does not always pick the best one for you. If the coupon is visible in your account but greyed out at checkout, it is a threshold problem: flat-rate coupons only unlock above their minimum shipping cost.
The discount is smaller than expected
You are almost certainly hitting the percentage rule above — two percentage coupons cannot both apply, so redeeming SAFE2026 on top of Ponur does not make 40%. Check also what the percentage is being taken from: it applies to the international shipping cost only, never to the item price or the service fee.
"Already used" on a code you have never entered
Welcome and referral codes are tied to the account's first registration, so if the account was created without the referral field filled in, the associated bundle cannot be claimed retroactively. That one genuinely cannot be fixed on an existing account.
It worked yesterday and not today
Kakobuy runs on Beijing time (UTC+8), which is six to nine hours ahead of Europe and twelve to fifteen ahead of the US. A code valid "through the 30th" stops working during the evening of the 29th in North America. When a code is close to its end date, treat the published date as a day earlier than it looks.
