KAKOSEP Has Expired. What Is Left of September's Event

Code archive · Updated October 10, 2026 · verified by hand

A fortune cookie with a coupon sliding out

KAKOSEP was Kakobuy's September coupon bundle: 13 flat-rate shipping coupons worth ¥1300 in total plus a separate 10% off with no minimum. It expired on September 30, 2026. Paste it into User Center now and you get an invalid-code message — that is not a mistake on your end. Below: what replaces it, which part of the September event still counts, and the full contents of the bundle for the record.

What works instead of KAKOSEP

  • KAKOHALLOWEEN: the same bundle with new dates, 13 flat-rate shipping coupons worth ¥1300 in total plus 10% off with no minimum, valid October 10–31, 2026. Details and the rest of Halloween Fest.
  • KAKOMOON — a Mid-Autumn Festival pack for every account: 6 flat-rate coupons worth ¥550 in total plus a 20% off shipping coupon. Less in total than ¥1300, but the percentage is twice as strong, and on a normal parcel that is what decides it. No end date announced.
  • SAFE2026 — 20% off shipping with no minimum spend, valid through October 31, 2026. Details.
  • Ponur — 20% off shipping with no minimum spend, extended through October 2026.
  • KAKOEU — the European bundle: 15% off shipping and ¥350 in flat-rate coupons, valid through October 31, 2026. Details.
  • Luxury — an evergreen $15 off with no minimum order. It comes off the order rather than the shipping, so it works alongside a shipping coupon.

Do you lose out on the swap? The numbers

Not if you switch to KAKOHALLOWEEN: it is the same bundle (¥1300 + 10% off) running to Oct 31. On any one shipment one coupon applies anyway, so what counts is the biggest coupon whose threshold your bill clears, and on a normal parcel 20% wins:

  • ¥600 bill: KAKOSEP and KAKOHALLOWEEN ¥80, KAKOMOON ¥100, 20% ¥120;
  • ¥1200 bill: KAKOSEP and KAKOHALLOWEEN ¥150, KAKOMOON ¥150, 20% ¥240;
  • ¥2500 bill: KAKOSEP and KAKOHALLOWEEN ¥300, KAKOMOON ¥200, 20% ¥500.

This bundle only has the edge on small shipments, where its ¥30 coupon kicks in from a ¥21 bill. For KAKOMOON's ¥50, ¥30 and ¥20 coupons Kakobuy gave no threshold — you will see it in User Center once redeemed. The full breakdown is in the table on the homepage.

What is left of Kakobuy's September event

KAKOSEP was one of five parts of the September event. Four are over, one still counts:

  • 10% shipping subsidy, sitewide — collected September 8–14, 2026 (window closed), but a collected subsidy stays valid until October 31, 2026. It is the one discount Kakobuy says outright stacks with coupons.
  • Flash sale on everything — September 13–14, 2026, over.
  • Referral programme — up to ¥2000 and Referral leaderboard — Top 10 — September 12–30, 2026, over. Rewards went to the Kakobuy account and can only be spent there.
  • The KAKOSEP code — September 8–30, 2026, expired.

In October Kakobuy repeated the whole event as Halloween Fest: a new shipping subsidy (purchases made October 10–16, 2026, valid until November 30, 2026), a flash sale October 15–16, 2026, a referral programme and Top 10 leaderboard October 15–31, 2026, and the KAKOHALLOWEEN bundle. All of it is on the KAKOHALLOWEEN page.

The order on the bill for a parcel paid for in October 2026:

  1. Lower base rate — Kakobuy's 15–30% cut on European routes, no code, permanent.
  2. 10% subsidy — one collected in September until October 31, 2026, the Halloween Fest one (purchases made October 10–16, 2026) until November 30, 2026.
  3. One coupon — SAFE2026, Ponur, KAKOEU or one from KAKOMOON or KAKOHALLOWEEN (percentage or flat-rate), never two.

What exactly was in the bundle (archive)

  • 1× 10% off shipping — no minimum spend.
  • 1× ¥300 — shipping over ¥2000.
  • 1× ¥200 — shipping over ¥1500.
  • 1× ¥150 — shipping over ¥1000.
  • 2× ¥100 — shipping over ¥800.
  • 3× ¥80 — shipping over ¥500.
  • 3× ¥50 — shipping over ¥300.
  • 2× ¥30 — shipping over ¥21.

¥1300 in flat-rate coupons plus a percentage discount. The same layout ran in KAKOSCHOOL and in SUMMER26 and MIDYEAR26 — all expired now.

FAQ

Does the Kakobuy KAKOSEP code still work?

No. KAKOSEP expired on September 30, 2026 (Beijing time) and can no longer be redeemed in User Center. The bundle's coupons also ran to the end of September, so unused ones are gone. The same bundle came back on October 10 as KAKOHALLOWEEN (¥1300 + 10% off, October 10–31, 2026); flat-rate coupons also come from KAKOMOON (¥550 + 20% off), and 20% off with no minimum from SAFE2026 (through Oct 31) and Ponur.

What did the KAKOSEP code give you?

KAKOSEP unlocked September's shipping-coupon bundle: 13 flat-rate coupons worth ¥1300 in total plus a separate 10% off shipping coupon with no minimum spend. It ran September 8–30, 2026.

What replaces KAKOSEP?

Most simply, the KAKOHALLOWEEN bundle: identical contents (13 flat-rate coupons worth ¥1300 + 10% off with no minimum), valid October 10–31, 2026, details on its page. For a stronger percentage there is the KAKOMOON pack: 6 flat-rate coupons worth ¥550 in total (¥200 over ¥1500, ¥150 over ¥1000, ¥100 over ¥500, plus ¥50, ¥30 and ¥20) and a 20% off coupon — twice the percentage KAKOSEP's 10% gave. On top of that, Ponur (20% off shipping, no minimum, extended through October 2026).

Does the shipping subsidy from the September event still work?

Yes, if you collected it. The collection window ran September 8–14, 2026 and has closed, but a collected subsidy stays valid until October 31, 2026 — it outlived KAKOSEP. Kakobuy's event rules say outright that it stacks with coupons, so a parcel paid for in October gets both the subsidy and one coupon (Ponur or one from KAKOMOON or KAKOHALLOWEEN). Halloween Fest adds a fresh 10% subsidy on purchases made October 10–16, 2026, valid until November 30, 2026.

How was KAKOSEP different from KAKOSCHOOL?

Hardly at all, apart from the dates. KAKOSCHOOL was August's Back to School bundle with the same layout (¥1300 in flat-rate coupons + a separate 10% off) and expired on September 5, 2026; KAKOSEP was its September edition. Neither works any more. Details: the KAKOSCHOOL archive.
